Please do not purchase any products from this shop!! I ordered a backdrop for my son’s party. After I placed the order I saw it would ship from China. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. Of course the seller ships the order as if he did not see the email. (Read store policy, no cancel orders, only refunds) I told him this wont come in time for the event. He then asks me to pay a rush fee. I decline. Next he says I will send it from my U.S. inventory. The item comes on time (in amazon packaging btw lol) but it looks nothing like the picture. I hate it and want to return it. He says ok send it back to the China address Why China when this is from amazon. seller knows it will be very expensive to send it back and most ppl end up keeping the item. This is not okay. I want my money back. Worst Etsy shopping experience
