Due to time constraints I paid for priority delivery, after 1 week I contacted them as it hadn’t arrived. Turns out they sent it regular post. After a few messages they agreed to send another one priority which arrived in time for the party. The owner of the store was prompt in replying to my messages so I will order again in future.
